HONGKONG: NON-BELLIGERENTS' RATIONS CUT It is reliably learned that the Japanese occupation authorities in Hongkong brought pressure to bear on non- belligerent nationals in that city by reducing their daily ration. The daily food ration of 6.4 ounces of rice flour for each (?neutral) national has been reduced by half since 1st March by order of the authorities who "advised" non- belligerents to leave the colony "voluntarily".
